March Mindfulness

March Mindfulness combines the beauty of classical music with a heightened sense of awareness to create an oasis of time and space in the midst of the busy workweek. No prior experience with meditation or classical music is necessary to enjoy and benefit from this series!

Every Wednesday at Noon this March, an instructor from The Innerwork Center will lead an introduction to mindfulness before a classical soloist shares a personal portrait of the music of JS Bach.

March 25th Schuyler Slack

“I’ll be playing the Sarabande and Gigue movements from Bach’s Cello Suite No. 6 in D Major. For many composers D Major is a key of jubilation and celebration, and those feelings are central to the spirit of this suite. I hope the solace of the Sarabande and the Gigue’s unbridled joy will help everyone to reset as we take a minute to step out of another busy work week.”
