Bachtoberfest with Daniel Stipe

Witness the dazzling musicianship of one of our city's great pianists, Daniel Stipe.

Join us for this season's most festive world-class classical recital!

From the culture that invented the practice of filing a huge glass boot with beer, we bring you an evening of heavy hitters. Experience great German masterworks for the keyboard while you chill out in a beer hall.

Stipe performs the complete Johann Sebastian Bach Keyboard Partita in G Major, and serves up a second round of music by Bach's biggest fan, Johannes Brahms: Rhapsodies Op.79 1 and 2, Op. 78 Klavierstück.

Stipe performs on a beautiful bernhard steiner upright piano, which he keeps in excellent condition on behalf of Classical Revolution RVA and the Historic Hofheimer Building.

Eat, drink and be merry starting at 7:00pm, Music 7:30-830pm. FREE to Attend, $5 Suggested Donation.

PROST!
